NTPC Barh observed the Fit India Freedom run 3.0 under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) initiative with the objective of motivating people to move towards physically active lifestyle and make a resolve to stay fit on the grand occasion of India’s 75th Independence year completion” Azaadi ke 75 saal, fitness rahe bemisaal”.

The program started with paying tribute to Mahatama Gandhi on his 153rd birth anniversary. Shri Asit Dutta, HOP Barh offered garland and flowers to the portrait of Mahatama Gandhi followed by all other employees and associates. Thereafter NTPC Barh employees, their family, CISF ,Security personnel and other associates enthusiastically participated in the 2 km Plog Run organized on 02.10.2022 under the Fit India Freedom run 3.0
